Review of Eating Right: For the Health of It! (Paperback)

I thought it was a book on his philosophy of eating for better health.While it did include some of his concepts, it is mostly a cookbook.In the past, I listened to an audio presentation by Dr. Joe and it contained a wealth of information.I guess I thought the book was going to be morealong those lines.If possible, have him contact me by email or let meknow if there is another book or audio available.Thanks.
